Genesys Engineer / Consultant- v7.6 to 8.1

To €65k base salary, bonus, stock options

With a global presence, my client is a young & established provider of applied artificial intelligence solutions. As part of their growth plans, my client has an urgent need to hire an experienced FRENCH speaking Genesys Engineer who ideally is also certified.

 

The successful consultant will bring with them at least 5 years Corporate commercial engineering experience with the Genesys product suite – version 7.6 to 8.1. intelligent call routing, multi-channel routing, outbound dialler, CCPulse, WFM etc. Your workload will include design work, fault finding routing issues etc. Any routing experience with ORS is a bonus.

 

Excellent career progression options – globally. Must have excellent client facing experience & a confident, diplomatic personality. Fluency  in French is essential  Opportunities also exit in Milan (Italian speaking).

 

The successful applicant must be flexible to travel some across France but the role is predominately based in Paris.
