Business Development Manager – Contact Centre, CRM, Software Enterprise, BPM.

£50 - 60k base,  £110k OTE plus Corporate benefits.

Preferred - London, South East. Or UK wide

 

New Business, Business Development, Sales Executive, Contact Centre, Self Service, CRM, BPM, Omni Channel.

 

My client is a global solutions provider and as a part of their growth in the UK, they now have an immediate need for a mid-term experienced Business Development Manager focussing on New Business. We are looking for someone who is a hunter, someone who can rapidly build a new business pipeline into a very fast growing digital transformation market.

 

To successfully execute this role you will need to identify and pursue qualified new business sales targets (both directly & through business partners), develop and deliver quick win business use cases supported by strong quick return ROI models. You will have a proven track record of sales successes by demonstrating high levels of passion, ambition and motivation.

 

Your background will include at least 3-5 years of direct sales experience selling Enterprise class software and / or services solutions in one or more of the following areas: Contact centre, Customer service, Omni channel enablement, CRM, BPM, BI or mobile applications. You will have vertical solution sales expertise in one or more of the following: Call Centre, Telco, Financial Services, Insurance or Utilities essential; and be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of negotiating with C Level Executives. You will also have experience with consultative and / or complex sales cycle management.

 

This is a home based role with UK wide travel but the ideal candidate will be based in London or the South East.
