Country Head - CONTACT CENTRE

 

Paris, Milan/Rome, Madrid, Dusseldorf/Munich

$100-150k base, 20-25% bonus, equity

My client has over 200 deployments worldwide operating across four regions (North America, CASA, EMEA, APAC). Their clients are among the leaders in their respective industries including T-Mobile, Vodafone, ATT, Sky, Liberty Global, etc. As part of our global expansion, my client is looking to build their technical team globally under its CTO. An IPO is trageted in the USA in the next 6-12 months.

 

With a contact centre background covering any vendor (Genesys, Avaya, Nice, Interactive Intelligence, Cisco etc),  they now seek 4 Country Heads – VP level position

 

• Sale & Pre-sales activities to make a sale

• Strategy, road maps, P&L responsibility

• Deployment: lead the integration teams and staff who are installing locally

• Production support: Lead the technical service function and staff for all accounts in the country

 

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial roles

• Highly responsive to customer requirements / needs

• Track record in call-centre technical solution integration / delivery, preferably unified communication systems

• Work with and lead offshore teams

• Exposure to big data and data analytics

• Technical degree and education preferably at the graduate level

• Strong working knowledge of computer networks and computer infrastructure
