Consultancy Services
The mainstay of BSSL's business is "Managed Recruitment Consultancy Services". We analyse a client's recruitment process from start to finish, seeing where possible it can be improved. Sometimes the weakness in the whole process can be as simple as the client not being in line with market rates, on the other hand the client may have no structure or process in place at all!
In the first instance BSSL will produce a report of the initial findings, which will highlight areas of strength and weakness. As part of this service we will always be open to review. Whilst we are of the opinion "if it isn't broken don't fix it", we also adhere to the Kaizen theory whereby of continual improvement/review.
All solutions are bespoke, individually tailored towards a clients needs. Apart from making sure you are professional at all times, BSSL does not feel there is a right or wrong way to do recruitment. Strange you may think, but what works best for client X will not necessarily work for client Y. Therefore not only are we educating our clients and providing a successful solution to their recruitment need, we are in turn learning from the client.

When providing a "Managed Service" to the client, BSSL has a responsibility to provide the best possible candidates in the market for the vacancies in question in the time scales specified. As you can imagine on large assignments BSSL will work in conjunction with specialist Agencies/Consultancies many of which are 90% to 100% involved in "Contingency recruitment".
BSSL has forged some very strong alliances with a select few of these company's, in turn BSSL now provides "Managed Services" to their clients. This allows for maximum business potential from individual clients. Not only does this take recruitment to the next level, it adds real value to a recruitment company.
